Using the service
Your organisation may use SmartBay for its internal business operations during an active trial or subscription, subject to these terms and applicable law. Access is granted to authorised users only. Keep login details secure.
Your organisation and users
Your organisation is responsible for its users, permissions, warehouses, customer configuration and booking rules. Ensure that people you invite have authority to use the service and that the contact details you supply are accurate.
SmartBay may suspend access where reasonably needed to protect the service, other customers or legal compliance.
Booking data and responsibilities
Your organisation is responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into SmartBay, including delivery bookings, site rules and access requirements. You remain responsible for your warehouse operations, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and for making sure that your use of SmartBay reflects your own policies and procedures.
SmartBay is scheduling software, not a warehouse-management system, transport provider, safety adviser or operator of your warehouse. Your organisation makes operational decisions and remains responsible for site safety and delivery outcomes.

Availability and support
SmartBay aims to keep the service available and provide reasonable support. Maintenance, updates, security work or other changes may temporarily affect availability.
Ending the service
Access may end when a trial expires, a subscription ends, or access needs to be suspended or terminated in accordance with the final agreed terms.
Data retention, return and deletion arrangements will be confirmed in the final service agreement and privacy documentation.
